Denn neben Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) und Cabernet Sauvignon ist die Rebsorte Cabernet Dorsa das dritte Element dieser Assemblage. Die in Deutschland gezüchtete Rotweinsorte entstand aus einer Kreuzung der Sorten Blaufränkisch und Dornfelder und hat noch keine allzu große Verbreitung.Das Bouquet der Manz Faszination Cuvée M ist faszinierend facettenreich. Der Duft von Brombeeren, Schwarzen Johannisbeeren und Heidelbeeren wird untermalt von Nuancen von Sauerkirsche. Und damit noch lange nicht genug. Das kleine Fest für die Sinne beginnt erst.
