The De Gras Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the renowned Viña MontGras winery in the Central Valley in Chile.Aroma of ripe plums, delicate roasted and vanilla notes. Taste of red berries, soft and pleasing with a beautiful length.The grapes for the DeGras wines come from our own vineyards in the Colchagua Valley and are all harvested by hand. The wines are fruity and balanced and, above all, uncomplicated to enjoy. They are elegant, varietal representatives of their type.The majority of this De Gras Cabernet Sauvignon is matured in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit almost perfectly. Around 10% matures for 6 months in small French and American oak barrels to give the red wine a firm structure and spiciness.RECOMMENDATION: with roast meat, light game and cheese

Der Domaine de Bussy Beaujolais AOC wird aus der Gamay-Traube gewonnen, die auf den im Beaujolais vorherrschenden Granit- und Kalkböden optimale Bedingungen findet. Für die Gamay-Traube charakteristische Merkmale sind ein schlanker bis mittlerer Körper, ein ausgewogener Säuregehalt und ihre ausgeprägte Frucht mit einem Duft von Erdbeere, Himbeere und Kirsche sowie Gewürznoten wie Zimt und Pfeffer.Typisch für die Verarbeitung ist, dass ganze Trauben mit Stiel und möglichst unverletzt im Tank eingelagert werden. Aus diesem Grund ist die Handlese erforderlich. Um die Trauben vor Oxidation zu schützen, werden diese unter CO2 Schutzgas gestellt. Der während der intrazellulären Gärung, auch bekannt als Macération carbonique, entstandene Druck lässt die Trauben platzen und der Saft kann abfließen. Diese einzigartige Keltermethode wird auch Vinification beaujolaise genannt. In der Nase zeigt der Domaine de Bussy Beaujolais AOC ein blumiges und sehr fruchtiges Bouquet. Sein Geschmack ist würzig mit eleganten Tanninen und er begeistert mit einem weichen Abgang.Die empfohlene Trinktemperatur liegt bei 12-14°. Dieser Beaujolais passt wunderbar zu gebratenen oder gegrillten Fisch.

Duas Quintas Douro Clássico Tinto - Red 2023

Bright grenadine in colour with shades of violet.Mature aroma of forest fruit, blackberries, cherries, figs and cistus, with a floral hint. Smooth and fresh on the palate, with the length and expressive aromas characteristic of an Upper Douro wine.Handpicked grapes in 150-kilo crates, pressed, destalked and then fermented in steel vats at a temperature of no more than 25º. Maceration continues for long enough to produce a wine with the desired body and structure. Following malolactic fermentation in vats, 20% of the wine is aged in French oak barrels and the rest remains in the steel vats. The wine is bottled 18 months later.Excellent as an aperitif, it goes very well with soups, starters and salads. Also particularly recommended with dishes of fowl: roast chicken, duck risotto and quail, and with soft cheeses.

Der El Ego Bodegas Goru DOP duftet intensiv nach reifen roten Früchten. Noten von Pflaumenkompott und Blaubeermuffins sowie feine Nuancen von Nussschokolade und dezentes Süßholz prägen das Bouquet. Dazu kommen unterschwellige Röstaromen.Am Gaumen ist der Blend aus Monastrell, Syrah (Shiraz) und Petit Verdot angenehm cremig, frisch und fruchtbetont (Waldbeeren), mit geschmeidigen und reifen Tanninen. Im Glas zeigt sich dichtes Purpur mit violetten Reflexen. Vier Monate wird der spanische Rotwein im Barrique ausgebaut. Der El Goru vom Weingut Ego Boderas aus Jumilla ist ein hervorragender Begleiter zu Gegrilltem, Spanferkel und Hackfleischbällchen. Auch zu verschiedenen Käsesorten ist dieser trockene Rotwein ein echter Tipp.

Der Epicuro Negroamaro Cabernet Sauvignon Puglia IGP ist ein Rotwein, der in der Region Apulien in der „Stiefelspitze“ im Süden Italiens produziert wird. Diese Cuvée kombiniert zwei beliebte Rebsorten: den Negroamaro und den Cabernet Sauvignon. Der Negroamaro ist eine autochthone Rebsorte aus Apulien und bringt fruchtige Aromen von dunklen Beeren wie Brombeeren und schwarzen Kirschen hervor. Er verleiht dem Wein auch eine gewisse Fülle und Weichheit im Geschmack. Der Cabernet Sauvignon, eine international bekannte Rebsorte, fügt dem Wein Struktur, Tannine und komplexe Aromen von Pflaumen, Pfeffer und Blumen hinzu. Im Glas zeigt der Wein ein leuchtendes Rubinrot.
