The bouquet has notes of pineapple, pear and banana. The flavour is fresh and balanced, with a particularly impressive aromatic finish.This wine is an excellent accompaniment to white meat, fish, poultry and veal in a light-coloured sauce and should be drunk at a recommended drinking temperature of 10 °C.

Ein Riesling aus Kalifornien. Das ist ungewöhnlich aber nicht unmöglich wie der Wente Riverbank Riesling aus den Weinbergen in Arroyo Seco Monterey beweist. Er hat die von Natur aus schönen, blumigen und tropischen Noten eines Rieslings ist stilistisch aber voller als man es von deutschen Rieslingen kennt. In der Nase zeigt er Aromen von frischem Jasmin, Mandarinen und etwas Birne. Am Gaumen hat er eine gute Balance zwischen leichter Süße und ausreichender Säure. Der Wein wird kaltgepresst in Edelstahltanks vergoren, um die natürlichen Aromen von tropischen Blumen zu erhalten. Danach reift er für sieben Monate in Edelstahltanks.
