A Riesling from California. This is unusual but not impossible, as the Wente Riverbank Riesling from the vineyards in Arroyo Seco Monterey proves. It has the naturally beautiful, floral and tropical notes of a Riesling but is stylistically fuller than German Rieslings. On the nose, it has aromas of fresh jasmine, tangerine and some pear. On the palate, it has a good balance between light sweetness and sufficient acidity. The wine is cold-pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the natural aromas of tropical flowers. It then matures for seven months in stainless steel tanks.

Wente Vineyards Chardonnay stands for the finest creations from the Livermore Valley near the San Francisco Bay. The morning coastal fog pushed by the Pacific winds to the vineyards of the traditional winery, lets mature the Chardonnay grapes very consistently. So wonderfully balanced wines develop with a beautiful minerality and acidity.The Wente Morning Fog Chardonnay is a blend of Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer. On the nose it offers invigorating aromas of apples and tropical fruits, which are wonderfully complemented by flavors of vanilla and toast. On the palate, full-bodied and with nice acidity.The fresh, crisp white wine was aged for five months to 50% in American oak and to 50% in stainless steel tanks to emphasize the natural fruit flavors. The white wine from the Eden valley in the Barossa region of Southern Australia is juicy, stimulating and slightly sparkling on the palate. Zenato Valpolicella Superiore

The Zenato Valpolicella is somewhat similar to the Bardolino; however, the Valpolicella is a little more powerful and shows a fuller body – it is simply of better quality. The wine consists of Corvina Veronese (responsible for the bouquet and the acidity), Rondinella (lots of sugar) and Sangiovese (gives the wine its elegance).This is a wine that can be enjoyed young, but another few years of ageing in the wine cellar will further enhance its qualities. For years, Valpolicella has been one of Italy’s most famous wines.
