The Warwick The First Lady unoaked Chardonnay was harvested after a heatwave and put into barrels for a fermentation that was 100 percent natural. A new technique at the Warwick Wine Estate. The result is outstanding.

A remarkably intense bouquet with notes of pineapple, mango, flowers and a delicious hint of citrus fruit characterizes this outstanding Chardonnay. Here you will find a dry, powerful and juicy wine, with aromas of peach and pear and a delicious freshness.

The white wine from the Simonsberg region in South Africa is smooth and dry. Intense notes of lime and pineapple on the nose and a wonderful acidity make this vintage from 100% Chardonnay grapes unmistakable.

Enjoy Warwick The First Lady unoaked Chardonnay as a delicious aperitif, with smoked salmon, Caesar salad, prawn cocktail or pork chop at a recommended drinking temperature of 10-12 °C.

Der Warwick First Lady Cabernet Sauvignon hat eine tiefe rote Farbe. Im Bouquet rote Beeren sowie schwarze Johannisbeeren mit einem Hauch von Kräutern, ergänzt mit Vanille und Schokolade. Der Wein ist geschmeidig, vollmundig mit reifen Tanninen und guter Struktur.Der 100-Prozent Cabernet Sauvignon reifte 18 Monate lang in französischen Eichenfässern. Mit mehr als 20 Hektar Anbaufläche ist Cabernet Sauvignon die bestimmende Traube beim familiengeführten Weingut Warwick, das insgesamt über eine Anbaufläche von 56 Hektar verfügt. Die Ratcliffes erkannten schnell, dass sich das Terroir in der Provinz Westkap ideal für den Anbau von Cabernet Sauvignon eignet. Der erste Wein, den Norma Ratcliffe kreierte, war dementsprechend ein Cabernet Sauvignon. Deshalb trägt er auch den Namen „First Lady“.Der Wein passt gut zu Lammbraten, Eintöpfen und Schweinefleisch.
