The Diemersdal Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot is an elegant cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from the Diemersdal winery in the Western Cape. The grapes ripen on exposed northern slopes in red Hutton soils, under the influence of cool Atlantic breezes, which gives them intense fruit and fine structure.After being harvested by hand, the grapes are vinified separately and then matured for eight months in French oak, developing velvety tannins and a harmonious depth.In the glass, the red wine presents itself with aromas of cherries, mulberries and dark chocolate, powerful and elegant on the palate with a long, soft finish.The Diemersdal Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot goes perfectly with grilled dishes, spicy poultry or roast pork. Serve at 16-18 °C to enjoy the full variety of flavors.

The Diemersdal Eight Rows Sauvignon Blanc comes from the Diemersdal wine estate in Durbanville. The grapes come from eight carefully selected rows of a premium vineyard, from which Thys Louw made his first own wine.The vines grow on gentle slopes with soils of decomposed granite and clay, shaped by the maritime climate of the Atlantic. Cool morning mists and fresh summer breezes ensure even ripeness and intense aromas.After being harvested by hand, the grapes are gently processed and left on the skins for 8 hours. After pressing, they are left to rest for 36 hours. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, after which the wine matures for 6 months on the fine lees to develop fullness and structure.In the glass, the white wine reveals aromas of nectarine and kiwi, supported by fine mineral notes. On the palate, it is round, balanced and fresh with lively acidity.The Diemersdal Eight Rows Sauvignon Blanc goes well with tuna, salmon or light fish dishes. Serve at 8-10 °C.

Made from hand-picked grapes from the highest vineyard blocks with views of Table Mountain and False Bay, this Sauvignon Blanc embodies the perfect balance between freshness, minerality and elegance.The vineyards are situated on gentle, gravelly slopes with decomposed granite and a high clay content. The maritime climate of the Atlantic with cool air currents, morning fog and summer southeast winds ensures slow, even ripening and intensely aromatic grapes.The grapes are gently crushed and destemmed. After a short maceration period, the must is pressed, clarified and fermented at a controlled temperature. The wine then matures for five months on the fine lees, stirred once a week to intensify mouthfeel and concentration. Minimal intervention preserves the natural fruitiness and complexity of this South African Sauvignon Blanc.In the glass, the wine shows brilliant notes of citrus peel, lime, passion fruit and gooseberry, underpinned by fine minerality.
