The red wine matured for 10 months in French barriques, 30% of which were new oak barrels. This dry Pinotage will gain even more class over the next 5 years.

This composition of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot as well as smaller proportions of Malbec, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc has a complex aroma of blackberry, cherry and cassis as well as eucalyptus, licorice and notes of dark chocolate, cedar wood, fine oak wood aromas and vanilla.
