Cantina Tramin Pinot Bianco Moriz 2023

Moritz Pinot Bianco is sourced from vineyards planted between 250 and 550 meters in the calcareous clay and gravel soils common to the area of Sella near Tramin. The name of this wine comes from the patron of Sella, Saint Mauritius.The grapes for this wine were harvested in small bins and then gently pressed off to steel tanks where the must was allowed to ferment at controlled temperature (19 ° C) without malolactic fermentation.Tasting NotesPinot Bianco is part of the Burgundian Pinot family and is related to Pinot Grigio and the principal grape of Pinot family, Pinot Noir. As a wine, Pinot Blanc feels fresh and rich yet dry. It has a greenish yellow to light yellow color and light scents of green apple. Der Spruch „in guten Jahren kleine Châteaus kaufen“ wird durch diesen Rebsaft mehr als bestätigt.Wir haben es hier mit einem wunderbar saftigen, zugänglichen und fruchtigen Vertreter Bordeaux zu tun, dessen Cuvée aus 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon und 10% Cabernet Franc besteht.Die Familie Chevillard, Eigentümer von Janoy-Bellevue, legt Wert darauf, dass die Weine früh konsumierbar sind und nicht zu stark im Fass ausgebaut werden. Ein eher klassischer Bordeaux, der uns durch seine Frische und Fruchtigkeit überzeugte. Der Collefrisio Appassimento Rosso stammt aus den Abruzzen in Mittelitalien und wird aus einer Mischung von autochthonen Trauben wie Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, Sangiovese sowie der internationalen Sorte Merlot vergoren. Der Wein wird durch die Appassimento-Methode hergestellt, bei der die Trauben vor der Vinifikation teilweise getrocknet werden, um eine höhere Konzentration von Aromen und Zucker zu erreichen.Im Glas präsentiert sich der Collefrisio Appassimento Rosso mit einer tiefen, rubinroten Farbe und einer klaren, undurchsichtigen Textur. Beim Schwenken zeigt er eine hohe Viskosität und bildet am Rand des Glases einen leichten Purpurschimmer.In der Nase entfaltet der Wein ein komplexes und intensives Bouquet, das von reifen dunklen Beeren wie Schwarzen Johannisbeeren, Brombeeren und Kirschen dominiert wird.
