The Paserene Elements Emerald is a Sauvignon Blanc full of energy, freshness and sophistication. It comes from two of South Africa's best-known wine regions: the cool, mineral-rich Elgin Valley and the fruit-driven Franschhoek. This harmonious combination is reflected in the glass with brilliant fruit, clear acidity and an elegant, tropical-mineral profile.The grapes come in equal parts from Elgin and Franschhoek and are carefully processed. After fermentation in matured, steamed barrels, the wine matures for 16 months - an ageing process that gives the Sauvignon Blanc structure and depth without losing its freshness. The philosophy in the cellar is based on minimal intervention in order to bring out the natural profile of the grapes and the terroir in the best possible way.In the glass, Emerald presents itself in a bright green-gold color. Raka Happiness Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc Brut

The Raka Happiness Sparkling impresses with its light straw yellow color and lively, fresh aroma. This sparkling wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc and comes from the prestigious Klein River Valley wine-growing region in South Africa.On the nose, the wine reveals fresh citrus notes of grapefruit and kumquat, complemented by aromas of gooseberry and a hint of passion fruit. On the palate, it is tangy and lively with fruity lime notes and a crisp green apple finish.The grapes were harvested by hand and carefully sorted before processing. They were then placed directly into the press, where the must was left in contact with the skin for eight hours to intensify the aromas. After pressing, the juice was fermented with pure yeasts at around 16°C to ensure optimal fermentation. The wine matured after fermentation with increased yeast contact, giving it additional complexity. After natural clarification by gravity, the wine was filtered and carbonated at a pressure of 5.8 bar (at 20°C), bottled and labeled.The fresh and lively Raka Happiness Sparkling goes perfectly with light starters, seafood, sushi or as an aperitif. Enjoy it well chilled at a recommended drinking temperature of 6-8°C to bring out its fresh fruitiness.

The Raka Sauvignon Blanc impresses with its fresh fruit, lively acidity and clear aromas - a white wine full of character from the Western Cape in South Africa that brings pure joie de vivre to the glass. Made from 100% pure Sauvignon Blanc, it delights with its tropical nose, round mouthfeel and animating finish. Ideal for warm days, fresh dishes or as a soloist on the terrace.The nose alone makes you want more: peach, passion fruit, guava and gooseberries characterize the aromatic bouquet. On the palate, the wine is fruity and full-bodied, with a fine hint of citrus and a refreshing, clear finish that lingers for a wonderfully long time.The grapes for this wine were carefully harvested by hand, sorted and placed directly into the press, where they rested on their skins for 8 hours to extract their typical aromas in the best possible way. After pressing, the must was fermented at a controlled 16 °C with pure yeast cultures to preserve freshness and fruit. Extended ageing on the fine lees gives the wine additional volume. It then clarified naturally by gravity before being gently filtered and bottled.Raka Sauvignon Blanc is the ideal accompaniment to seafood, sushi, light fish dishes or cold cuts. It also cuts an excellent figure with summer salads or simply as an aperitif.Recommended drinking temperature: 8-10 °C
