The Groote Post Seasalter Sauvignon Blanc comes from the Groote Post winery in the Western Cape and is a fresh, expressive white wine that clearly reflects its coastal origins. It is made from Sauvignon Blanc with a small proportion of Semillon and harmoniously combines fruit, freshness and minerality.

The nose reveals clear aromas of apple, passion fruit and blackcurrant, complemented by fine salty and mineral notes and subtle hints of wood. On the palate, the white wine is dry, medium-bodied and lively, with a distinctive acidity and a fruity, pleasantly long finish.

Part of the Groote Post Seasalter Sauvignon Blanc was matured in wooden barrels, while the rest was fermented in stainless steel tanks, preserving both structure and freshness.

This Sauvignon Blanc goes well with light starters, salads, poultry or fish dishes. The recommended drinking temperature is 8-10 °C.
