Der Cielo e Terra Amaregis Amarone Riserva della Valpolicella DOCG ist ein intensiver und angenehmer Wein mit reichlich Noten von schwarzen Früchten und Brombeeren, gefolgt von einem Duft nach Balsamico und Gewürzen. Corvina und Rondinella Trauben wurden in diesem herrlichen Rotwein vermählt, der in Valpolicella vom italienischen Weingut Cielo e Terra erschaffen wurde.Die Trauben werden selektiv geerntet und dann in kleinen Kisten 3 bis 4 Monate lang zum Trocknen gelagert. Dies geschieht in einer Umgebung, in der der Wind seine Arbeit tun kann, um Schimmel zu vermeiden. Sobald die Trauben ausreichend getrocknet sind, werden sie gepresst, verarbeitet und in Edelstahltanks gelagert. Schließlich reift der Wein vier Jahre lang in großen Eichenfässern.
