The Cielo e Terra Gran Passaia Rosso Toscano IGT is an expressive red wine from Tuscany that combines power, elegance and Mediterranean finesse. This Tuscan comes from the IGT classification (Indicazione Geografica Tipica), which allows winemakers more freedom in the choice of grape varieties and blends, while at the same time emphasizing the origin and quality of the wine.

In the glass, Gran Passaia is an intense ruby red with sparkling reflections. The bouquet is complex and seductive, characterized by ripe red and black fruits such as cherries, blackberries and plums, complemented by subtle notes of spices, Mediterranean herbs and subtle roasted aromas. These aromas give the wine an exciting depth and a seductive character.

On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and harmonious with a beautiful balance of fruit, structure and soft, ripe tannins. The aromas are repeated with fine nuances and are supported by a pleasant, well-integrated acidity. The finish is long and elegant with mineral notes typical of Tuscan soils.

Cielo e Terra 3 Passo Rosso

The 3 Passo is a special kind of organic wine. The name stands for the production method. Put simply, the wine is composed of three parts. One third of the wine comes from overripe grapes, which are processed using the appassimento method. Another third is fermented naturally, whereby the so-called pumping over gives the red wine more color and flavor. The final third spends time in wooden barrels after fermentation, which gives the 3 Passo from Cielo e Terra its special character and brings aromas of vanilla and spices into the wine. It has a deep garnet red color in the glass and ripe, intense fruit notes on the nose. A light woody aroma complements this impression. On the palate, the Italian wine tastes strong and rich with fruit and light vanilla tones. The 3 Passo is soft, harmonious and full-bodied with a complex, long-lasting finish.Serve this wonderful dry red wine from Apulia with hearty dishes of all kinds, such as a T-bone steak. Masca del Tacco Susumaniello Puglia Rosso IGP

The Masca del Tacco Susumaniello is an example of exceptional Apulian viticulture. Both the autochthonous Susumaniello grape variety and the particular soils consisting of red earths rich in organic substances contribute to this extraordinary taste experience. After meticulous harvesting by hand and gentle pressing, the grapes matured in steel tanks and wooden casks of different fills.The Masca del Tacco Susumaniello is a dark ruby-red in the glass with violet glints. On the nose, it offers nuances of bilberries and other ripe red fruit, underpinned by light notes of wood and aromas of red blossoms. On the palate, the wine shows noticeable roast aromas and notes of aromatic herbs. It is powerful yet elegant, with ripe tannins.
