Diese Mischung sorgt für eine faszinierende Balance zwischen Kraft, Eleganz und Finesse.Der Rotwein hat eine tiefrubinrote Farbe mit violetten Reflexen. Ein komplexes Bouquet von reifen roten und schwarzen Früchten wie Kirschen, Brombeeren und Pflaumen, ergänzt durch Noten von Gewürzen, Tabak, Leder und einer feinen mineralischen Nuance. Am Gaumen ist der Caiarossa Toscana Rosso vollmundig und samtig mit geschmeidigen Tanninen. Die Fruchtaromen werden von einem langen, harmonischen Abgang begleitet.Die Trauben für diesen hervorragenden Wein werden von Hand gelesen und sorgfältig selektiert. Nach einer sanften Pressung erfolgt die Gärung in Betontanks und Holzfässern mit natürlichen Hefen. Der Wein reift anschließend für 14 Monate in französischen Eichenfässern, davon etwa 30 % neu. Vor der Abfüllung ruht der Wein weitere Monate im Edelstahltank, um seine Balance zu perfektionieren.Der Caiarossa Toscana Rosso ist ein vielseitiger Begleiter zu gehobenen Gerichten. Er harmoniert hervorragend mit gegrilltem oder geschmortem Fleisch, Wildgerichten, reifem Käse und mediterranen Speisen mit Kräutern.

The Camivini Tank Nº 11 Syrah Appassimento IGT combines a full and intense bouquet of ripe red fruit with elegant notes of black pepper and chocolate. On the palate, the brilliant ruby red Syrah is full and soft with a fascinating aroma of dark berries.The grapes for the Appassimento ripen on the vines until they have lost about 30% of their water. Direct drying on the vine is known as TANK. The TANK process is a new interpretation of the Appassimento process, in which the grapes are slowly dried on airy racks or in well-ventilated crates. TANK wines have a dense and intense aroma with a light raisin note and harmonious residual sweetness.Enjoy this red wine matured in barriques with grilled meat, pasta, soft cheese or on its own.

Der Camivini Tank Nº 26 Nero d'Avola Appassimento IGT aus Sizilien wird aus der für Sizilien typischen Rebsorte Nero d'Avola hergestellt. Von den Einheimischen wird diese Rebsorte „Principe Siciliano“ (sizilianischer Prinz) genannt. Der Ausbau erfolgt im hölzernem Gärtank. In der Nase Aromen von Frucht und Mandeln. Am Gaumen ist der italienische Rotwein leicht und trocken mit Aromen von Rosinen, Backpflaumen und mediterranen Gewürzen. Der lange Abgang hat eine dezente Schokoladennote.Das besondere an diesem Appassimento ist, dass die Trauben direkt am Rebstock trocknen. Sie werden erst geerntet, wenn sie den Großteil des Wassers verloren haben. So entsteht eine dichte und intensive Aromatik mit einer leichten Rosinennote und harmonischer Restsüße. Diese Methode wird TANK-Verfahren genannt - eine neue Auslegung des Appassimento-Verfahrens. Beim klassischen Appassimento-Verfahren trocknen die reifen und gesunden Trauben auf luftigen Gestellen oder in gut belüfteten Kisten.Der kraftvolle Nero d'Avola passt gut zu kräftigen Wildgerichten, Braten und gut gereiftem Käse.
