Der Camivini Tank 32 Primitivo Appassimento IGT aus Süd-Ost-Apulien ist ein kraftvoller, körperreicher Wein mit sanften Tanninen. In der Nase bietet er Aromen von Süßkirschen, Rosinen, mediterranen Pinien und getrockneten Früchten wie Datteln und Feigen. Am Gaumen ist der Primitivo samtig weich mit einer angenehmen Restsüße.

Der Camivini Tank Nº 26 Nero d'Avola Appassimento IGT aus Sizilien wird aus der für Sizilien typischen Rebsorte Nero d'Avola hergestellt. Von den Einheimischen wird diese Rebsorte „Principe Siciliano“ (sizilianischer Prinz) genannt. Der Ausbau erfolgt im hölzernem Gärtank. In der Nase Aromen von Frucht und Mandeln. Am Gaumen ist der italienische Rotwein leicht und trocken mit Aromen von Rosinen, Backpflaumen und mediterranen Gewürzen. Der lange Abgang hat eine dezente Schokoladennote.Das besondere an diesem Appassimento ist, dass die Trauben direkt am Rebstock trocknen. Sie werden erst geerntet, wenn sie den Großteil des Wassers verloren haben. So entsteht eine dichte und intensive Aromatik mit einer leichten Rosinennote und harmonischer Restsüße. Diese Methode wird TANK-Verfahren genannt - eine neue Auslegung des Appassimento-Verfahrens. Beim klassischen Appassimento-Verfahren trocknen die reifen und gesunden Trauben auf luftigen Gestellen oder in gut belüfteten Kisten.Der kraftvolle Nero d'Avola passt gut zu kräftigen Wildgerichten, Braten und gut gereiftem Käse.

This deep ruby-red wine from Apulia is redolent of wild berries, red blossoms, Mediterranean herbs, humus and eucalyptus. Its exceptional bouquet is also the result of the traditional Appassimento method, a special drying process of the grapes. The freshly harvested, overripe grapes are partially dried so that some of the water evaporates, leading to a higher sugar concentration. The Lu Li Appassimento from the Masca del Tacco estate is wonderfully fruity, well-balanced and full-bodied on the palate, with a long finish.You’ll want to discover this blend consisting of Primitivo and Negroamaro with grilled meat, polenta, savoury first courses and medium-aged cheese as well. This is a wonderful wine based on the traditional art of Apulian viticulture and its particular conditions.

Bei dem Camivini Tank Nº 11 Syrah Appassimento IGT vereinigt sich das volle und intensive Bukett von reifen roten Früchten mit eleganten Noten von schwarzem Pfeffer und Schokolade. Im Geschmack ist der brillant rubinrote Syrah voll und weich mit einem faszinierenden Aroma von dunklen Beeren.Die Trauben für den Appassimento reifen an den Rebstöcken bis sie etwa 30% an Wasser verloren haben.
