Der Gorgo Bardolino DOC ist ein Bio Rotwein, der aus den traditionellen, regionalen Rebsorten Corvina, Rondinella und Molinara auf dem italienischen Weingut Gorgo hergestellt wird. Jung gefällt er mit Fruchtigkeit, doch mit den Jahren legt er an Komplexität zu und bringt auch würzige Noten ins Spiel. Er ist der geselligste, frischeste aller Rotweine aus dem Gebiet von Verona und schmeckt solo ebenso wie zu den Mahlzeiten, bei denen er eine großartige Figur macht.

Der Gorgo Bardolino DOC leuchtet rubinrot. In der Nase zeigt er sich fruchtbetont mit Noten von Kirsche, Heidelbeere und Johannisbeere. Vor allem durch den Ausbau kommen Anklänge an Gewürz hinzu. Im Geschmack ist er weich, mit feiner und dauerhafter Tanninstruktur, körperreich und süffig.

Ein besonderer Genuß ist dieser Rotwein bei einer Trinktemperatur von 15-18°. Der Bardolino eignet sich wunderbar als Begleiter zu Suppen, Pasta mit Fleischsauce, gegrilltem Fleisch und jungem Käse.

Gorgo Chiaretto di Bardolino DOC

Die Einzigartigkeit des Chiaretto di Bardolino DOC vom italienischen Weingut Gorgo rührt daher, dass der ganze Zauber des Gardasees in ihm liegt und einem frischen, duftenden und sinnlichen Wein Faszination und Tiefe verleiht. Der trockene Rosé begeistert beim Sonnenuntergang und an warmen Sommertagen, schmeckt aber das ganze Jahr hindurch und wird auch von anspruchsvollen Genießern hochgeschätzt. Er passt einfach hervorragend zu den unterschiedlichsten Kulinarik- und Genussmomenten des Lebens.Corvina, Rondinella und Molinara bio-zertifizierte Trauben werden temperaturkontrolliert einer Mazeration auf der Schale für sechs bis acht Stunden unterzogen. Anschließend gärt der Most bei 17°C, wonach der Wein in offenen Stahltanks auf der Hefe reift. Die Farbe des Gorgo Chiaretto di Bardolino DOC ist Pfirsichblütenrosa und kristallklar. In der Nase ist er fruchtig mit Noten von Waldfrüchten, Grapefruit und Feldblumen. Im Geschmack zeigt der Roséwein frische Fruchtnoten im schönen Gleichgewicht mit mineralischen Anklängen. Im Abgang ist er lang und anhaltend.Der Chiaretto aus der Region Venetien passt praktisch zu allem – angefangen von Vorspeisen über Pizza und Pasta bis hin zu vegetarischen Sommergerichten, Meeresfrüchte-Salaten, gegrilltem Fleisch und Fisch und jungem Käse.

The Zenato Valpolicella is somewhat similar to the Bardolino; however, the Valpolicella is a little more powerful and shows a fuller body – it is simply of better quality. The wine consists of Corvina Veronese (responsible for the bouquet and the acidity), Rondinella (lots of sugar) and Sangiovese (gives the wine its elegance).This is a wine that can be enjoyed young, but another few years of ageing in the wine cellar will further enhance its qualities. For years, Valpolicella has been one of Italy’s most famous wines. Unfortunately, one can find many Valpolicella wines of poor quality on the market but fortunately, we don’t have to worry about this as far as Zenato wines are concerned, as Zenato produces only high-quality wines.

Olianas Cannonau di Sardegna DOC

Der Olianas Cannonau di Sardegna DOC aus dem sardinischen Gebiet Anfiteatro gedeiht in einem Tal, das ganztägig der südlichen Sonne ausgesetzt ist. Dadurch werden die Trauben mit viel Frucht, Struktur und Komplexität versorgt. Der immer gleichzeitig vorherrschende Wind sorgt für einen kühlenden Ausgleich. Das Besondere an diesem Wein ist sein biodynamischer Ansatz. Es werden weder Enzyme noch Reinzuchthefen bei der Gärung verwendet. Etwa ein Drittel des Mostes wird in Amphoren bis zu 25 Tage auf den Schalen vergoren. Das erreicht die intensiv dunkelrote Farbe. Die Reifung erfolgte für etwa 8 Monate in französischen Eichenfässern zweiter und dritter Füllung. Um den natürlichen Charakter des Weins zu erhalten wurde bewusst auf eine Klärung verzichtet. In der Nase finden sich Aromen von Waldfrüchten und rauchige Noten. Am Gaumen ist der Olianas Cannonau di Sardegna DOC frisch, rund und sehr lebendig. Die gut eingebundenen Tannine und die angenehme Säure wirken ausgewogen und konzentriert.

Cielo e Terra 3 Passo Rosso

The 3 Passo is a special organic wine. Its name implies the method of wine production. Expressed in simple terms, the wine is blended from three components. One third of the wine is made from overripe grapes that are processed using the appassimento method. The second third of the wine is naturally fermented. The pumping over (remontage) gives the wine more colour and taste. After fermentation, the last third of the wine remains in wooden casks for some time, giving the Cielo e Terra 3 Passo its special character and aromas of vanilla and spices. The wine is a deep garnet-red in colour and offers intense notes of ripe fruit on the nose. The bouquet is complemented by light wood aromas. The wine is powerful on the palate, showing rich fruit aromas and slightly notes of vanilla. The 3 Passo is soft, harmonious and full-bodied, with a complex, prolonged finish. Serve this wonderful wine from Apulia with hearty dishes such as T-bone steaks, for example.
