The Kleine Zalze Chardonnay Barrel Fermented from South Africa's Western Cape is an elegant, wood-aged white wine that perfectly combines freshness, finesse and minerality. For this Chardonnay, the Kleine Zalze winery combines grapes from Stellenbosch with granite soils and a small proportion from Robertson with calcareous soils - a harmonious combination that gives the wine fruit, structure and fine minerality.In the glass, the white wine impresses with a light golden color and an enticing bouquet of lime, citrus blossom, apple, pineapple and tropical fruit, complemented by subtle notes of vanilla and oak.
