The bouquet of Kleine Zalze Vineyard Chenin Blanc is characterised by notes of peach, guava, lychee and sweet melon, along with fine nuances of vanilla and oak. The Chenin Blanc from the Coastal region is very well-balanced and creamy on the palate, showing an elegant acidity and a pleasant, subtle minerality.

This fine white wine from South Africa matured for five months in barriques, of which 20% were new, 40% were second- and 40% were third-fill French oak casks. The dry wine is an ideal accompaniment to seafood, fish, asparagus and poultry.
