Scheid Family Wines District 7 Cabernet Sauvignon

Product recommendation

Scheid Family Wines District 7 Chardonnay
The bouquet of the Scheid Family Wines District 7 Chardonnay is characterized by diverse, lush notes of orange blossom, yellow apples, pears and lemons. There are also nuances of vanilla, coconut and oak. On the palate, this white wine from California is smooth and well-balanced, with a medium body and beautiful viscosity. Here too, the variety of aromas makes for a great taste experience: ripe aromas of pineapple and Nashi pear as well as subliminal vanilla, citrus fruit and honey.70 percent of the Scheid family's pure Chardonnay was matured in stainless steel tanks and 30 percent in French oak for 10 months, with 30 percent new oak being used. This combination accentuates the freshness and character of the grape variety as well as the terroir of the cooler, windy and foggy locations of the Scheid vineyards in California's Salinas Valley.Enjoy this fresh and fruity Scheid Family Wines District 7 Chardonnay from the USA with mild soft cheese, grilled chicken or a seafood salad.

MontGras Quatro
A wonderful taste of Chile: Four outstanding grape varieties compose this singular and distinctive red wine. Quatro is the outcome of a judicious oak aged blend that shows the optimum balance between ripe fruit and velvety smooth tannins, as well as the true characteristic of this particular vintage year. The blend from the Colchagua Valley has a deep ruby red with purple notes. On the nose a unique combination of ripe fruit, spices and floral notes given by each of the varieties (Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Carmenère & Malbec), framed by touches of toast and cedar from a nicely integrated oak ageing. On the palate firm and powerful, with plenty of ripe and nicely textured tannins that give structure and silkiness. Loads of juicy ripe black fruit nicely combined with vanilla and toast from the oak ageing.

Chateau Ste. Michelle Cabernet Sauvignon
A „perfect” ripening season with full crop yields, and restrained sugar levels led to outstanding wines from Washington state’s Columbia Valley.Vintage delayed slightly by cool spring weather and a moderate summer, harvest began 10 days later than normal. Warm weather in August provided ideal ripening conditions for grapes across all varietals and harvest was quickly ramped up in order to obtain fruit at the optimum ripeness.Ripe grapes were destemmed and inoculated with various strains of yeast to maximize complexity. Gentle pumpovers during fermentation were used to extract colour and flavour and produce soft, supple tannins. Aged 16 months in American and French oak, 32% new.Delicious with bleu cheese, duck, beef, veal and dark chocolate.

19 Crimes Snoop Dogg Cali Red
