The Rosenblum Vintners Cuvée Chenin Blanc Viognier combines the freshness of Chenin Blanc from Farmington and Madera with the lively elegance of Viognier from Lodi. The terroir of these regions gives the wine distinctive citrus and tropical fruit aromas, while warm days and cool nights ensure a taut acidity and pure freshness.

The glass reveals a lively symphony of fresh pineapple, juicy apricot and tangy lemon, supported by subtle floral and fruity nuances. Cold fermented in stainless steel tanks and matured without wood, the wine retains its clear, unadulterated fruit character and offers a refreshing, harmonious taste experience.

The Rosenblum Vintners Cuvée Chenin Blanc Viognier goes perfectly with light starters, seafood, salads or summer dishes. It unfolds its freshness, fruitiness and fine elegance optimally at 8-10 °C.

What are you supposed to think when you first have a look at the bottle’s label and then read the wine’s name? It’s quite extraordinary and perhaps even a bit crazy, isn’t it? But that’s Charles Smith - extroverted and uncompromising in everything he does. He engaged the Danish artist Rikke Korff to design the labels. She was asked to visualise the martial art, Chinese food and his preference for Riesling wines.The Kung Fu Girl Riesling comes from the state of Washington, north of California. This part of America, with its sunny days and cool nights, offers ideal conditions for Riesling wines. This modern white wine is clear and instantly accessible. Its mineral character and an excellent balance of fruit and acidity make it a pleasure to drink. The Kung Fu Girl Riesling is a light yellow with slightly green glints in colour. The medium-dry wine is redolent of light peaches, mandarin oranges and apricots. A fine minerality and a decidedly pleasing freshness predominate the palate.Try this elegant Riesling with steamed fish, sushi, Indian dishes or grilled, sweet-and-sour poultry.
