The Hall Ranch Sauvignon Blanc comes from Paso Robles in California and is produced by the Hall Ranch winery, which is known for its clear style, sustainability and precisely crafted wines.

The proximity of the vineyard to the winery is one of the reasons why the fresh flavors of this 100% Sauvignon Blanc are captured so well. The winery opens early and harvests at night to keep the grapes cool. Hall Ranch uses a gentle pressing process to extract the juice, which is then transferred to specially designed tanks that minimize contact with oxygen.

On the palate, the Sauvignon Blanc is lively and elegant with intense aromas of citrus fruits such as lime and grapefruit, complemented by green apple notes, white peaches and subtle hints of herbs and freshly cut grass. The morning coastal fog pushed by the Pacific winds to the vineyards of the traditional winery, lets mature the Chardonnay grapes very consistently. So wonderfully balanced wines develop with a beautiful minerality and acidity.The Wente Morning Fog Chardonnay is a blend of Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer. On the nose it offers invigorating aromas of apples and tropical fruits, which are wonderfully complemented by flavors of vanilla and toast. On the palate, full-bodied and with nice acidity.The fresh, crisp white wine was aged for five months to 50% in American oak and to 50% in stainless steel tanks to emphasize the natural fruit flavors. For the labels, he hired Danish artist Rikke Korff, who was given the task of depicting martial arts, Chinese food and his love of Riesling.The Kung Fu Girl Riesling comes from the Washington region, north of California. A region in the USA with sunny days and cool nights, ideal for Riesling. This white wine is modern, immediately accessible and clear. The drinking pleasure is created by its mineral character and an excellent balance of acidity and fruit. The pale yellow Kung Fu Girl Riesling has slightly greenish hues. The semi-dry wine smells of light peach, tangerine and apricot.
