To preserve the residual sugar of around 23 g/liter, fermentation is interrupted by rapid cooling. The straw-yellow white wine offers a bouquet of white fruits such as pineapple, quince and pear. It is pleasantly fresh on the palate with a good acidity that balances out the sweetness.
