El Grifo Rosado de Lagrima DO is a young, light wine that highlights the uniqueness of the Listán Negro grape. This grape variety thrives on the volcanic soils of the island of Lanzarote in the Finca El Grifo vineyard. The rosado offers floral notes on the nose with nuances of raspberries and redcurrants. On the palate, it is spicy, with a beautiful balance and an elegant finish where the floral and fruity flavors stand out again.

The Malvasía Volcánica grapes for the El Grifo Coleccion Malvasia Semidulce DO are harvested by hand. After cooling the grapes, the must ferments at 16 degrees in stainless steel tanks. To preserve the residual sugar of around 23 g/liter, fermentation is interrupted by rapid cooling. The straw-yellow white wine offers a bouquet of white fruits such as pineapple, quince and pear. It is pleasantly fresh on the palate with a good acidity that balances out the sweetness.
