El Grifo Rosado de Lagrima DO is a young, light wine that highlights the uniqueness of the Listán Negro grape. This grape variety thrives on the volcanic soils of the island of Lanzarote in the Finca El Grifo vineyard. The rosado offers floral notes on the nose with nuances of raspberries and redcurrants. On the palate, it is spicy, with a beautiful balance and an elegant finish where the floral and fruity flavors stand out again.

The rosé wine shines in the glass with a delicate raspberry hue. Enjoy it well chilled with salads, vegetables and fresh cheese.
