Enate Crianza DO

The Enate Crianza DO consists mainly of Tempranillo and a smaller percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon. This Spanish blend is redolent of ripe, dark berries and nuances of coffee and chocolate, complemented by a lovely minerality and subtle toasted and caramel aromas. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with nicely integrated tannins and a long finish offering toasted notes. The Enate Crianza DO matured for 9 months in oak casks and for a further 18 months in the bottle. Enjoy this red wine with pasta dishes with tomato sauce, hearty meals with pork and beef, game dishes or various hard cheeses.

Enate ist einer der großen Namen für spanischen Wein. Die Bodega liegt in einer noch wenig bekannten, aber sehr traditionsreichen Weinregion: im Somontano. Somontano bedeutet „zu Füßen der Berge“, hier also am Fuß der Pyrenäen.

Der Name der Weine ist entlehnt von dem kleinen Dorf Enate, gelegen im Somontano, in der Nähe von Barbastro. Dort befindet sich auch der größte Teil der Weinberge der Bodega. Die Weine werden ausschließlich aus eigenem Rebgut erzeugt. Die Weinberge werden nach den Prinzipien des biologischen Weinbaus bearbeitet.

Enate hat von Anfang an nach den Sternen gegriffen. Es war das erklärte Ziel, Weine zu machen, die in der Weltspitze mitspielen. Dazu haben sie sich einen der profilierten Weinmacher Spaniens geholt: Jesus Artajona.

Kunst war von Anfang an ein zentraler Begriff für Enate. Ihre Weine sind Kunstwerke und sie wollten diese Weine mit Kunst umgeben. Sie haben deshalb alle wichtigen lebenden spanischen Künstler gebeten, für Enate zu malen. Entstanden ist eine Kunstgalerie mit mehr als 100 Gemälden. Darunter finden sich alle großen Namen der zeitgenössischen spanischen Malerei wie Tapies, Chillida, Saura etc … Aus diesen Gemälden werden die Motive für die Etiketten der Weine gewählt.

El Coto Crianza DOC
The El Coto Crianza is an authentic representative of the Rioja tradition, a dry red wine with an intense ruby red color from the famous Tempranillo grape.The perfect combination of red berries and the fine vanilla nuances from the barrique ageing.Soft tannins and excellent structure. Tinto Pesquera Crianza
Der Tinto Pesquera ist der Rotwein, mit dem sich die Familia Fernández Rivera seit den 1980er-Jahren in der internationalen Weinwelt einen großen Namen gemacht hat. Der herausragende spanische Tempranillo, von Robert Parker als Spitzenwein geadelt, hatte auch seinen Anteil daran, dass die Anbauregion Ribera del Duero im Norden Spaniens seit Jahrzehnten eine eindrucksvolle Erfolgsgeschichte schreibt. Freuen Sie sich also mit dem Fernández Rivera Tinto Pesquera Crianza auf einen spanischen Rotwein der Extraklasse. Der intensiv granatrote Wein duftet verführerisch nach dunklen Früchten wie Pflaumen, Schwarzkirschen und Maulbeeren. Dazu kommen harmonische, würzige Noten von Zimt, Vanille, Süßholz und Tabak. James Suckling verleiht dem Fernández Rivera Tinto Pesquera Crianza 93 Punkte. Er schreibt zum Bouquet des reinsortigen Tempranillo, der 16 Monate im Barrique ausgebaut wurde: „Frische schwarze Pflaumen und schwarze Kirschen, die die Eichenwürze aufnehmen, zusammen mit einem Hauch von Tabak.“Am Gaumen ist der Tinto Pesquera Crianza trocken und kraftvoll, mit einer schönen, fruchtbetonten Aromentiefe (Maulbeeren, Süßholz, getrocknete Feigen). Die feinkörnigen Tannine sind wunderbar eingebunden, das würzige Finale hallt noch sehr lange nach.Auch Suckling ist voll des Lobes: „Ein einnehmender und saftiger Ribera del Duero mit angenehm weichen Tanninen, die der konzentrierten Frucht Struktur verleihen. Lang und klar. Jetzt trinkreif, aber es ist besser, ihm ein Jahr Zeit zu geben, um weicher zu werden.“ Noch bis 2032 ist dieser Tempranillo ein Genuss-Garant. Entdecken Sie diese Kreation der Familia Fernández Rivera bei einer Trinktemperatur von 15 bis 17 Grad. Wir empfehlen, ihn 30 Minuten vor dem Genuss zu dekantieren. Der edle, finessenreiche Rotwein ist ein perfekter Begleiter zu gegrilltem Fleisch, Spanferkel oder Milchlamm mit Rosmarin. Auch zu reifem Käse eine sehr gute Wahl.

The Enate Chardonnay 234 DO comes from the Somontano wine region in Spain and is a powerful white wine with plenty of expression and fine elegance.
