Der Cava Kripta vom Weingut Agustí Torelló Mata ist ein spanischer Schaumwein von Weltrang. Erstmals im Jahr 1978 von Agustí Torelló Mata kreiert, ist auch der Cava Kripta Brut Nature eine herausragende Komposition des katalonischen Weinbaus.Das Erfolgsrezept der Familie Torelló Mata ist dabei über Jahrzehnte unverändert. Prägende Rebsorten im Penedès, bedeutendste Weinregion Kataloniens, werden vermählt und in einem jahrelangen Reifeprozess zu einem Spitzen-Cava verfeinert.Der Cava Kripta Brut Nature ist eine Kreation aus 45% Macabeu (deren Lage 1962 angepflanzt wurde), 20% Xarel.lo (deren Lage 1974 angepflanzt wurde) und 35% Parellada (von Lagen von 1969). Macabeu verleiht dem Cava Finesse, Eleganz und Noten weißer Früchte, während Xarel.lo alkoholische Kraft, Körper und Struktur gibt. Die Rebsorte Parellada schließlich ist Garantin für aromatische Dichte, Säure und tropische Noten. Der Cava Kripta im Jahrgang duftet herrlich intensiv nach gebackenem Apfel, reifen Äpfeln (Golden Delicious) und Brioche. Dazu kommen feinen Toast-Noten. Am Gaumen ist der spanische Schaumwein trocken und herrlich cremig-weich, mit einem belebendem Säurespiel und einem sehr langen Finale.Torelló Matas Kripta ist in jeder Hinsicht ein Fest für die Sinne. Auch optisch macht der Cava Kripta Eindruck. Denn die Familie Torelló Mata präsentiert ihr Flaggschiff in einer Flasche, die einer römischen Amphore nachempfunden ist. The Clio from Bodegas El Nido has been around since 2002. Behind this Spanish red wine from the Jumilla region are the Gil family and the renowned Australian winemaker Chris Ringland. Together they have produced an outstanding creation. This is demonstrated by the fact that the Clio has always received 90 or significantly more points in Robert Parker's Wine Advocate since 2002, the "first edition" of the wine. Der Clos i Terrasses Laurel ist ein herausragender Wein aus der renommierten Weinbauregion Priorat in Katalonien, Spanien.
