Chivite Coleccion 125 Blanco is a Spanish white wine produced by Bodegas Chivite, a winery in the municipality of Legardeta in the Spanish region of Navarra. The wine is vinified from 100% Chardonnay grapes and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. The Chardonnay grape has found a unique stronghold in Legardeta, where the climate and soils are perfect for producing varietal, complex and ageworthy wines.

The wine is known for its pale yellow color and complex aroma, with notes of ripe fruit, toasted bread and vanilla. On the palate, Chivite Coleccion 125 Blanco is rich and full-bodied, with flavors of citrus, pear and honey, as well as a subtle oak note from barrel aging.
