That's Neiss Red dry

That's Neiss Rot, a red cuvée from the Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grape varieties, comes from the Northern Palatinate and is not too heavy, wonderfully balanced and pleasantly soft on the finish. A wonderfully multi-faceted bouquet with notes of cocoa, red pepper, spicy ratatouille and a fruity berry aroma awaits the connoisseur of this red wine. Depending on the vintage, this red wine composition is supplemented with local grape varieties or Syrah (Shiraz).

THAT'S NEISS red dry matures for 9 to 12 months in barrique barrels. A fine example of the art of winemaking from Rhineland-Palatinate, which has a whole range of other taste experiences to offer in addition to Riesling and is also vegan.

Weingut Neiss

Thelema Mountain Red
The Thelema Mountain Red is a blend of Shiraz, Grenache and Petit Verdot. This fruity yet complex red wine from South Africa is wonderfully accessible. The individual grape varieties matured for 18 months in second, third and fourth-fill oak barrels.Look forward to a wine from the Stellenbosch region in which the aromas of black pepper and mulberry combine wonderfully with notes of plum to create a smooth taste experience. The tannins are finely polished and the fruitiness is beautifully accentuated. The Thelema Mountain Red is the perfect accompaniment to lightly spiced dishes such as pizza or grilled meat.

Hensel Höhenflug Merlot
The Merlot grape is one of the most popular grape varieties ever and is cultivated almost all over the world. It is, however, very difficult to make a top-quality wine from these grapes. With its Höhenflug Merlot, the Hensel winery succeeded in this. The grapes for this wine are harvested as late as possible to capture the last rays of sunshine of the year, resulting in a very concentrated wine that is an intense cherry-red in colour. The wine has a wonderful bouquet offering fragrances of ripe morello cherries and bilberries, complemented by nuances of elder and slightly smoky notes. On the palate, the Hensel Höhenflug Merlot shows lots of melt and an exotic spice. This Merlot was aged in new barriques, giving the wine noticeable but soft tannins, richness and powerful body. This is a red wine from the Palatinate to fall in love with.Try the Hensel Höhenflug Merlot with duck breast or fried chicken. It is also an ideal accompaniment to various cheeses.

Neiss Riesling trocken
Wonderfully fresh notes of grapefruit and lemon and nuances of fresh grass unite to create the Neiss Riesling dry. On the palate, this white wine from the northern Palatinate offers a beautifully racy acidity and a defining minerality. This pure varietal Riesling comes from different vineyards of the estate, located at the beginning of the German Wine Route (Deutsche Weinstrasse). The Riesling vine is a grape variety that ripens slowly and shows an expressive acidity. It is therefore ideal for the cooler climate and the late autumn sun which are predominant in the northern Palatinate. The wine was aged in stainless steel tanks. You’ll want to discover this invigorating white wine from the Neiss estate.Für Glühweinliebhaber, die das aromatische Heißgetränk lieber selbst zubereiten möchten, ist der ausdrucksstarke Riesling vom Weingut Neiss genau die richtige Wahl.
