This sparkling wine from South Africa is a blend consisting of the Pinot Noir, Pinotage and Pinot meunier grape varieties. After the first fermentation and the subsequent malolactic fermentation, the wine remains in contact with the yeast for another two years in order to carry out the secondary fermentation in the bottle.
