Pongracz Méthode Cap Classique (MCC) Brut

The Pongracz Méthode Cap Classique Brut is made from the traditional Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grape varieties. After the first fermentation and the subsequent malolactic fermentation, the wine remains in contact with the yeast for another two years in order to carry out the secondary fermentation in the bottle. After the sediment is removed, the bottles are corked up and kept in a cool place for 2 to 4 months before the sparkling wine is launched on the market.

The Pongracz Pongracz Méthode Cap Classique Brut is impressive in its enormous complexity and wonderful elegance. The bouquet offers intense fragrances of green apples and fresh bread. On the palate, it offers fine notes of yeast that are softly overlaid with roast aromas and nuances of red fruit. The persistent perlage gives the sparkling wine its stimulating freshness.
