Creation Rosé is one of the finest rosé wines in South Africa - elegant, precise and full of expression. It comes from the renowned Cape South Coast wine-growing region, where the vines thrive at an altitude of around 280m under the influence of the cool Atlantic Ocean. The special terroir of weathered Bokkeveld slate on clay loam produces a rosé that impresses with its freshness, minerality and balance.

This pure Syrah rosé is harvested by hand with the utmost care. Vinification is temperature-controlled in stainless steel tanks in order to optimally preserve the pure fruit and fine structure. The use of wood is deliberately avoided - so the focus remains entirely on freshness, fruit and finesse.

In the glass, Creation Rosé presents itself in a delicate petticoat pink. The nose reveals fresh aromas of red berries, juicy cherries and a hint of white flowers. On the palate, it delights with spicy notes and a hint of Turkish honey, lively acidity and a pleasantly dry finish. Its elegant structure and fine minerality make it an ideal companion for many occasions - from summer aperitifs to light meals.

Enjoy this South African rosé with summer salads, grilled fish, seafood or goat's cheese. It is also an excellent choice as a stylish aperitif.

Creation Wines ist ein renommiertes Weingut in Südafrika, das sich in der Walker Bay Weinregion in der Nähe von Hermanus befindet. She awards a proud 4.5 stars (90 points) for this white wine from South Africa. The bouquet of this Viognier from the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley is enriched by subtle notes of nutmeg. On the palate, the Creation Estate Viognier is full and fruity, with a pleasantly soft mouthfeel, crisp minerality and beautifully integrated acidity.Jean-Claude and Carolyn Martin are behind Creation Wines. The success story of the winery in the Walker Bay region began in 2002. Creation Wines was the first winery to plant Viognier in the Hemel-en-Aarde valley, where the grapes ripen on the coolest, south-facing slopes. The slow ripening process ensures that the grapes gain aromas. At the same time, the fresh acidity is retained.Try this white wine, which is deliberately not matured in wood, at a drinking temperature of 10 to 12 degrees. Ideal accompaniments are creamy pasta variations or a salad with chicken, mango and coriander.

Am Gaumen ist dieser Chardonnay aus Südafrika mineralisch frisch, mit einer anregenden Säure und großer Balance.10 Monate haben die Macherinnen und Macher von Creation Wines diesen Burgunderstil-Chardonnay im Eichenholz ausgebaut. Dabei kamen zu 30 Prozent neuer Fässer zum Einsatz, während die weiteren 70 Prozent in Fässern zweiter und dritter Füllung ausgebaut wurden. Alle zwei Wochen fand die Batonnage statt, das Aufrühren der Weinhefe. Dunkelviolett, fast schwarz, fließt der Creation Estate Syrah Grenache ins Glas. Diese Komposition aus 75 Prozent Syrah (Shiraz) und 25 Prozent Grenache duftet verführerisch nach reifen schwarzen Oliven, Tapenade (Olivenpaste aus der südfranzösischen Küche, u.a. mit Oliven, Anchovis und Kapern), reifen Pflaumen und Umami (in etwa: herzhaft, würzig).  Am Gaumen ist dieser Rotwein im Rhône-Stil voll und aromatisch tief. Die Tannine sind geschmeidig, dazu kommt eine überraschend frische Säure. Im Nachhall ist der typische Syrah-Pfeffer merklich.      14 Monate lange haben die Macherinnen und Macher von Creation Wines den Rotwein im Eichenholz ausgebaut. Sie nutzten dafür zu einem Viertel neue Fässer.
