Krone Cap Classique (MCC) Cuvée Rosé Brut is a sparkling wine from the Tulbagh region in South Africa. With an ethereal pink color in the glass, this exceptional wine has a tangy orange scent on the nose. This fragrance is complemented by aromas of bright red fruits: Red currants, raspberries, spring strawberries, clear and pure as crystal. The Krone Cuvée Rosé Brut is also pure and light on the palate. Due to high day and night fluctuations in temperature, the sparkling wine develops an acidity structure that is fine and multi-faceted. The resulting mousse is persistent and fine. The taste is juicy and inviting, with hints of roasted hazelnuts and cookies. The finish is wonderfully clear and dry.

This Cap Classique Rosé from Krone is perfect as an aperitif and goes well with a variety of dishes. Its freshness and fruitiness make it a great accompaniment to a simple picnic with slices of sausage, crusty sourdough bread, ripe, melting camembert.
