The Creation Estate Sauvignon Blanc shines lemon yellow with a green shimmer in the glass. This white wine from South Africa stands out above all due to its impressive minerality. The cool vineyards of Creation Wines, located on a plateau in the Hemel-en-Aarde valley not far from the Atlantic, promote this mineral note. At the same time, the Sauvignon Blanc has a multi-faceted aroma of elderflower, papaya, cassis and passion fruit. Greg Mutambe also perceives these "seductive" notes in the bouquet and awards the Sauvignon Blanc 4 stars in John Platter's Wine Guide. Crisp on the palate, with wonderfully integrated acidity and minerality.

The creation from six different Sauvignon Blanc clones grown by Creation Wines was deliberately not matured in wood. The minerality and fruitiness of the white wine from the Walker Bay region should be in the foreground.
