Hãhã Sauvignon Blanc

New Zealand's Hãhã Wine Company presents a Sauvignon Blanc that combines the aromas of grapes from the Bridge Pa and Twyford sub-regions in Hawke's Bay. The warm climate and free draining alluvial soils of the region provide perfectly ripened fruit flavors and vibrant acidity that make this wine so full of character.

The grapes are harvested in the cool morning hours to preserve their freshness. The aromatic nuances are preserved with minimal winemaking intervention. After the grapes are gently pressed, the juice is cold clarified and gently fermented to produce a clear, elegant wine.

In the glass, this Sauvignon Blanc develops aromas of gooseberries, guava, lime blossom and a fine herbal note. On the palate, tropical fruit flavors combine with a lively citrus acidity to create a harmonious, fresh overall impression. The finish is long-lasting and refreshing.

Hãhã Sauvignon Blanc is best enjoyed well chilled at 8-10 °C. It goes perfectly with Thai green curry or fresh fish ceviche with coconut, lime and chili.

Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough
The Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc comes from the world-famous Marlborough region on the South Island of New Zealand - an area with excellent terroir.A dry, sunny but temperate climate. After long temperature-controlled fermentation, the wine is immediately bottled. Bernhard Ott Grüner Veltliner FASS 4
The Grüner Veltliner FASS 4 from the Bernhard Ott winery in Wagram is a white wine with character and history. It all began in 1989, when Eduard Ott invited friends to a vintage tasting and the fourth barrel emerged as the favorite - a tradition that is still upheld today. For this white wine, small parcels are vinified separately and then blended into a harmonious cuvée. In this way, it is possible to capture the year in all its diversity and allow its special features to linger in the glass - in honor of father's legendary FASS number 4.The grapes come from village vineyards in Feuersbrunn, Gösing and Engabrunn. Vines up to 30 years old on loess, gneiss and gravel soils produce aromatic, structured grapes. They are harvested by hand, gently pressed and fermented spontaneously. Since 2018, part of the Bernhard Ott Grüner Veltliner FASS 4 has been matured in Stockinger wooden barrels, which lends depth, texture and character without masking freshness and elegance. In the glass, the wine is light yellow with greenish reflections. Apple and pear aromas are combined with the typical peppery spice, and the palate is characterized by a lively structure, minerality and a clear, animating finish. At a drinking temperature of 8-10 °C, the Bernhard Ott Grüner Veltliner FASS 4 goes perfectly with Wiener Schnitzel, fried chicken, fried fish or vegetable dishes - even slightly spicy Asian dishes harmonize perfectly.
