This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec has its origins on the cool vineyards of the Golan Heights. The Golan Heights Winery offers the Yarden Mount Hermon Cabernet Sauvignon - Merlot, a lovely wine for everyday enjoyment.

The red wine from Israel has offers on the nose aromas of wild berries, plums and a fine flavor. On the palate, spicy and harmonious, the finale is delicate and elegant. A very fruity wine. The vintage benefited from the fact that there was no extreme weather. Thus the grapes were able to ripen evenly and develop their full flavor.

The wine goes well with grilled meats, pasta dishes with tomato sauces or cheese variations, such as ripe Camembert.
