The Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc comes from the world-famous Marlborough region on the South Island of New Zealand - an area with excellent terroir.

A dry, sunny but temperate climate. Clear, cold nights. And not forgetting the first-class soils. The temperate climate ensures a long, slow ripening period for the berries from January to April and the temperature fluctuations between day and night are a decisive factor for the crisp, fresh and lively character of this white wine.

The fruit is harvested at optimum ripeness, crushed, gently pressed and the resulting grape juice is then clarified. After long temperature-controlled fermentation, the wine is immediately bottled. This preserves the wonderful fruity taste and wonderful aromas of the dry wine.

In the glass, the Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough has a pale straw-green color with a striking clarity. Passion fruit and tropical fruit aromas play around the nose. The bouquet is rich.

This fresh, elegant Sauvignon Blanc is an excellent accompaniment to fish and sushi.
