Der Il Poggione Rosso di Toscana IGT ist ein klassischer Rotwein aus der Toskana, rund im Geschmack und sehr aromatisch. Trinken Sie den Wein zu gegrillten Fleischspezialitäten, milden Käsesorten oder Nudelgerichten.Ursprung des klassischen Rotweins Il Poggione Rosso di Toscana IGT ist das neue Weingut Tenuata Il Poggione, auf einem Hügel in Montalcino gelegen. Laut Hugh Johnsen ist es „das vielleicht beständigste Weingut für Brunello und Rosso di Montalcino“. Der Wein besteht aus der Rebsorte Sangiovese, Merlot und Cabernet Sauvignon. Durch diese Mischung überzeugt der Wein aus Italien als echter Allrounder mit angenehm weichem Geschmack. Neben den erwähnten Fleischspeisen passt der Poggione Rosso auch ausgesprochen gut zu Vorspeisen wie Käsehäppchen oder getrocknetem Schinken. Ideal kommt er zur Geltung, wenn Sie ihn bei 16 bis 18 °C servieren.

Le Serre Nuove 2022

Le Serre Nuove is a remarkable blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The grapes are very concentrated, with a perfect balance between ripe tannins, fresh acidity and intense, ripe flavors.Wine lovers can expect a concentrated, fine and soft red wine of great aromatic intensity. Scents of ripe red fruits are accompanied by tobacco leaf notes and spices. On the palate impress the great maturity and quality of soft, dense and smooth tannins.Each grape variety and each vineyard parcel was vinified separately. The wine was aged around 15 months in barriques. After the first 12 months, the wines were merged to mature for a further 3 months in barriques. A six-month aging in the bottle stood at the end of the process. Le Serre Nuove offers a remarkable aging potential, but is also already a pleasure.The winery "Tenuta dell'Ornellaia" was founded in 1981 by Marchese Lodovico Antinori – with the support of the legendary winemaker André Tchelistcheff. In the wine-world Tenuta dell'Ornellaia – situated in the Province of Livorno in Tuscany – fastly achieved an outstanding, almost legendary reputation, thanks to its exquisite creations.

The grape composition for the red wine Le Volte dell Ornellaia Rosso Toscana IGT comes from the slopes of the Tenuta dell' Ornellaia vineyard in Tuscany. The full-bodied red wine is made from the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot grape varieties and impresses at first glance with its deep, dark purple-red color.After careful decanting, the bouquet opens up with finely spiced nuances of mulberries, cherries and cocoa beans. This aromatic composition is underpinned by the delicate spice of Mediterranean herbs and an exceptionally fine acidity. Finally, the fruity composition on the palate is surprising, giving the red wine a wonderfully soft and silky finish.As Le Volte Rosso is a good storage wine, it will accompany you for a long time with dishes such as game, dark meat or strong poultry. The recommended drinking temperature is between 16 and 18 °C.

The vines for the Lenotti Bardolino Chiaretto DOC grow on the eastern shores of Lake Garda in the Veneto region. For this rosé, the Italian winery Cantine Lenotti presses blue grapes from different grape varieties: Corvina, Rondinella and other red grapes. Thanks to this composition, the dry wine is fresh and has a harmonious balance of spice and fruitiness.Its fragrance seduces with floral and fruity notes. The fine rosé wine is reminiscent of peach blossom with a hint of tobacco. It is velvety on the palate and has a fresh taste. When consumed, this Chiaretto enchants with fruity nuances of strawberries, peaches, berries and stone fruit. The combination of grapes typical of the region and ageing in stainless steel tanks results in a fresh, lively and easy-drinking wine from Italy.A fragrant bouquet with berry undertones and the bright ruby red color show where the journey is headed in terms of taste even before the first sip. On the palate, the overall impression is unpretentious and soft, with a very round but not too deep body and fresh fruit aromas. The finish is restrained but extremely delicate.This light wine from the Cantine Lenotti winery goes well with any menu. The Lenotti Capomastro has a lovely, intense bouquet hinting of red berries. This particularly fruity and refreshing red wine is full-bodied, well structured, dry and very harmonious on the palate. The silky tannins are nicely integrated. This red wine from vineyards located on the southern shore of Lake Garda is a blend consisting of Corvina and Rebo grapes. The Rebo grapes are a hybrid of Merlot and Teroldego grape varieties. The Corvina and Rebo grapes are picked about two weeks after the “regular” harvest. Enjoy the Lenotti Capomastro with its intense red colour with spicy pasta, meat dishes and various cheeses.
