The Scaia Bianca Garganega Chardonnay is a cuvée made from Garganega and Chardonnay grapes. The Castagnedi brothers from the Tenuta Sant Antonio winery have created something innovative with the Scaia wine line - a modern interpretation of the great tradition of Tenuta Sant'Antonio.

The hand-picked grapes are gently pressed and matured at a low, controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. This results in pleasantly fresh and aromatic Italian wines. The Tenuta Sant Antonio Scaia Bianca Garganega Chardonnay smells of white acacia flowers, jasmine, citrus fruits, apples and pears. There are also light notes of banana. The dry white wine is fresh and delicate on the palate thanks to its pronounced but well-balanced acidity.

Serve this unique white wine from the Veneto region as an aperitif with fish starters, salads, vegetable risotto, pasta dishes or fish with light sauces.

The Tenuta Sant Antonio winery is located northeast of Verona and surrounded by its own vineyards. With the wines of the Scaia line, the Castagnedi brothers fulfilled their dream of creating wines that better meet the requirements of young winemakers.The Tenuta Sant Antonio Scaia Paradiso is a cuvée consisting of the Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties. The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are dried for 20 days before they are pressed. After the gentle pressing of all the grapes, the wine is aged for 20 days with selected biological yeasts in temperature-controlled, stainless-steel tanks. Afterwards, the wine matures for one year in 500-litre French oak casks.The bouquet of this ruby-red wine recalls Maraska cherries, wild berries and candied fruit. The bouquet is complemented by spicy notes of black pepper, liquorice, cocoa and tobacco.
