The Anselmi San Vincenzo Bianco IGT - a cuvée of traditional, international grape varieties - has an aromatic scent of herbs, peach, melon and apricot. Full of character, this mineral white wine is fresh and velvety on the palate.

Only the healthiest and most fully ripe grapes are harvested by hand. Several harvests are carried out, taking into account the different stages of ripeness. Roberto Anselmi, the master of the Garganega grape, matures the San Vincenzo for six months in stainless steel on natural yeasts. The wine then matures for a further three months in the bottle. Roberto Anselmi's wines from the Veneto region are regularly awarded top marks in the Gambero Rosso.
