The Anselmi Capital Croce Veneto is a top-quality wine from the Roberto Anselmi estate. It was aged in oak casks, giving this wine its complexity and fruity, creamy taste. The bouquet is characterised by nuances of apricots, mirabelles, almonds, vanilla and floral notes, complemented by subtle hints of soft roast aromas and a slightly peppery notes. The elegant, sophisticated white wine is fresh and velvety on the palate, showing a stimulating spice and minerality. The finish is intense and long-lasting.Roberto Anselmi is renowned for producing masterful wines made from Garganega vines. The grapes for the Capital Croce Veneto come from his best vineyards and are meticulously selected. Only the healthiest and ripest grapes are fermented in barriques and remain in contact with the yeast with regular batonnage (stirring of the lees in the barrel).
