The Sacchetto Bianchetto Sauvignon delle Venezie IGT is lively and full of fruit. Its bouquet is defined by characteristic Sauvignon Blanc aromas of citrus fruit, blackcurrant, elderflower and gooseberry. The grapes for this single-varietal Sauvignon Blanc ripen in the mild climate of the Veneto region in the vineyards of Cantine Sacchetto.

The winery is located 25 kilometers northwest of Venice. After a careful harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. They ferment at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. In the glass, this wine matured in stainless steel barrels is a delicate pale yellow.

While the bouquet is fruity, the dry white wine from Italy is soft and round on the palate. It also has a fine acidity structure that makes this wine fresh and invigorating.

Its flavor comes into its own at a drinking temperature of 9 °C. This white wine from the Veneto region tastes great with a classic risotto or harmonizes wonderfully with white meat dishes.

Die Cantine Sacchetto liegt in der Ortschaft Trebaseleghe, 25 Kilometer nordwestlich von Venedig. Zwischen den Provinzen von Treviso, Padua und Venedig hat sich das Weingut über die Jahrzehnte einen guten Ruf erarbeitet. Am Beginn der Cantine Sacchetto stand Sisto Sacchetto. Bereits zu Beginn der 1920er-Jahre handelte er mit Trauben und Weinen.
