The Borgo Molino I Ciari Sauvignon Blanc comes from the IGT Trevenezie region, which was originally called IGT delle Venezie. The color of this white wine is straw yellow and the wine smells of citrus fruits, yellow peppers and apples. On the palate, it is wonderfully juicy and fresh with exotic aromas and a smooth, pleasant and good body. The Borgo Molino Ciari Sauvignon Blanc shows a beautiful minerality that also accompanies the finish and is framed by papaya and passion fruit flavors.

This dry white wine from Italy is ideal as a summer or terrace wine. Highly recommended as an elegant accompaniment to fish, risotto, soups or asparagus. Enjoy it at a drinking temperature of 10-12 °C.
