Der Mezzacorona Castel Firmian Fildirose Pinot Grigio Rose ist ein besonderer Wein. Eigentlich ist die Pinot Grigio Traube als Weißwein bekannt, jedoch haben die Pinot Grigio-Weinberge am Fuße der Dolomiten, da stammen die Trauben für diesen Rose her, eine leicht rosa Färbung mit gräulichen Reflexen. Lässt man nun die Schalen länger mit dem Most zusammen, nimmt der Wein eine zart kupferfarbene Tönung an. Die Nase des Mezzacorona Castel Firmian Fildirose Rose zeigt ein lebhaftes und frisches Aromaprofil. Rote Früchte, Zitrus und rosa Grapefruit prägen ebenso wie zarte Blumennoten den Duft. Am Gaumen überzeugt der Rose mit einer schönen Mineralität und einer leicht salzigen Note. Der Abgang ist leicht bitter und herrlich erfrischend.

Die Einzigartigkeit des Chiaretto di Bardolino DOC vom italienischen Weingut Gorgo rührt daher, dass der ganze Zauber des Gardasees in ihm liegt und einem frischen, duftenden und sinnlichen Wein Faszination und Tiefe verleiht. Der trockene Rosé begeistert beim Sonnenuntergang und an warmen Sommertagen, schmeckt aber das ganze Jahr hindurch und wird auch von anspruchsvollen Genießern hochgeschätzt. Er passt einfach hervorragend zu den unterschiedlichsten Kulinarik- und Genussmomenten des Lebens.Corvina, Rondinella und Molinara bio-zertifizierte Trauben werden temperaturkontrolliert einer Mazeration auf der Schale für sechs bis acht Stunden unterzogen. Anschließend gärt der Most bei 17°C, wonach der Wein in offenen Stahltanks auf der Hefe reift. Die Farbe des Gorgo Chiaretto di Bardolino DOC ist Pfirsichblütenrosa und kristallklar.
