Der Mezzacorona Castel Firmian Fildirose Pinot Grigio Rose ist ein besonderer Wein. Eigentlich ist die Pinot Grigio Traube als Weißwein bekannt, jedoch haben die Pinot Grigio-Weinberge am Fuße der Dolomiten, da stammen die Trauben für diesen Rose her, eine leicht rosa Färbung mit gräulichen Reflexen. Lässt man nun die Schalen länger mit dem Most zusammen, nimmt der Wein eine zart kupferfarbene Tönung an. Die Nase des Mezzacorona Castel Firmian Fildirose Rose zeigt ein lebhaftes und frisches Aromaprofil. Rote Früchte, Zitrus und rosa Grapefruit prägen ebenso wie zarte Blumennoten den Duft. Am Gaumen überzeugt der Rose mit einer schönen Mineralität und einer leicht salzigen Note. Der Abgang ist leicht bitter und herrlich erfrischend.
