The Pinot Gris from the Etsch Valley at the foot of the Dolomites has a wonderfully fruity bouquet, showing nuances of camomile and a fine acidity. The straw-yellow white wine from South Tyrol is elegant and well-balanced on the palate, showing lovely, intense aromas.

This wine is produced by the cooperative wine-growers from Mezzacorona. The vines grow along the Etsch river in the province of Trentino. The Castel Firmian Pinot Grigio is lovely on its own as an aperitif and also goes beautifully with antipasti, white meat and fish dishes.

The Castel Firmian Moscato Giallo, produced by the cooperative wine-growers from Mezzacorona, is a wonderfully accessible taste experience from South Tyrol. The white wine has an intense bouquet offering tropical aromas and notes of sun-ripened fruit. On the palate, the Moscato is sweet and very aromatic.The intensively straw-yellow wine from the southern part of the province of Trentino near Lake Garda is partly made from yellow Muscat grapes that dried naturally on the vine.
