Frisch und fruchtig erweist er sich als schöner Sommerwein: der Zenato Bardolino Chiaretto Rosé. Dieser rosarote Wein aus dem Veneto ist eine Cuvée der Rebsorten Corvina Veronese, Rondinella und Molinara.

Die Reben für den Zenato Bardolino Chiaretto Rosé reifen am Gardasee in der Region Venetien. Seinen Namen verdankt er dem Ort Bardolino, der am Ostufer des Sees liegt und einen exzellenten Ruf als Weinbaugebiet genießt.

Dieser Rosé imponiert mit seiner zarten rosaroten Farbe sowie einem fruchtig frischen Bouquet. Sein Duft vereint Aromen von Erdbeeren, Kirschen, Himbeeren, Litschis und Rhabarber mit einem Hauch Hagebutte. Am Gaumen ist eine feine Fruchtsäure spürbar. Dank dieser Harmonie aus Frische und Fruchtigkeit erweist sich der Rosé als optimaler Sommerwein.

Ein besonderer Genuss ist der Rosé bei einer Trinktemperatur von 10 bis 12 °C. Er eignet sich wunderbar als Aperitif sowie als Begleiter leichter Speisen. So harmoniert er mit Thunfisch, Meeresfrüchten und Salaten. Darüber hinaus passt er zu Ziegenkäse oder Gegrilltem an lauen Sommerabenden auf dem Balkon oder der Terrasse.

The Zenato Bardolino DOC is a red wine from the region between Garda and Peschiera. It is made of the Corvina, Rondinella und Sangiovese grape varieties, with a maximum addition of 15% of Rossignola, Barbera, Sangiovese or Garganega grapes. Each grape variety is of particular significance for the Bardolino wine: Corbina provides strength and colour, while Rondinella determines the characteristically fresh taste and the aroma. Bardolino, distinguished by its fruity character, is a wine which is not too heavy.
