Dieser kräftig granatrot schimmernde Batasiolo Barolo DOCG beeindruckt mit seinem intensiven und komplexen Bouquet. Noten von süßen Früchten (reife Kirschen, reife Zwetschgen) vereinen sich mit floralen Tönen (Rosen) und einer tollen Würze (Wildkräuter). Auch Nuancen von frischem Trüffel bereichern den Duftstrauß. Am Gaumen ist der Batasiolo Barolo herrlich harmonisch, tief und dicht. Feinkörnige Tannine, animierende Frische und Alkoholgehalt in großer Ausgewogenheit. Die schöne Fruchtsüße, die kräftige Struktur und das geschliffene, länger nachhallende Finale runden das Geschmackserlebnis ab.

Der reinsortige Nebbiolo von den Hügeln des Barolo-Gebietes im norditalienischen Piemont wurde zwei Jahre im Eichenfass ausgebaut. Der Rotwein aus Italien ist ein weiterer eindrucksvoller Beleg für die Weinbaukunst der Familie Dogliani. Mit ihren Anbaugebieten in besten Lagen der Barolo-Region hat sich die Familie seit Ende der 1970er-Jahre einen exzellenten Ruf als Produzent hochwertiger Weine erarbeitet.

Genießen Sie den Batasiolo Barolo bei einer Trinktemperatur von 18 bis 20 Grad. Der Rotwein aus dem Piemont besitzt eine Lagerfähigkeit bis 2033. Er ist ein toller Begleiter von rotem Fleisch, vor allem zu Wild. Auch zu gereiftem Käse eine sehr gute Wahl.
