Fünf autochtone Rebsorten wurden für diesen wunderbaren Rotwein aus dem Süden Italiens verwendet. Die Nase ist geprägt von roten Fruchtnoten wie Brombeere, Kirsche und Pflaume. Im Hintergrund schwingen würzige Noten wie Zimt und Nelke mit. Ein Hauch von Lakritz ergänzt das Ganze. Am Gaumen zeigt sich der Farnese Fantini 20 Edizione Cinque Autoctoni Limited Release extrem ausgewogen und mit viel Frische, dazu feine Vanille- und Schokoladenaromen. Der vollmundige, weiche Körper mit reichhaltigen, samtigen Tanninen endet in einem langen nachhaltigen Abgang.Der Farnese Fantini 20 Edizione Cinque Autoctoni Limited Release eignet sich hervorragend als Essensbegleiter. Probieren Sie ihn zu Fleisch an einer Senf- oder Pfeffersauce. The Calalenta Rosé is a pure varietal Merlot from vineyards situated on steep mountain slopes south of Abruzzo. Its style is strongly reminiscent of rosé wines from Provence. The light pink colour and the fresh aromas of strawberries, rose blossoms and watermelon give the Calalenta the appearance and bouquet so typical of Mediterranean rosé. The wine is wonderfully refreshing on the palate, with dazzling fruit and soft mineral notes. Thanks to a stable, fresh acidity, the Calalenta Rosé has a prolonged and fruity finish.Enjoy the Calalenta Rosé simply on its own as a summer wine on the terrace. Fantini Calalenta Pecorino Terre di Chieti Bianco is an elegant white wine from Abruzzo, made exclusively from the indigenous Pecorino grape variety. This grape, which has been rediscovered in Italy, produces wines full of character with a lively freshness and fine minerality. The vineyards around Ortona, with their calcareous clay soils and coastal climate, offer the best conditions for the development of intense fruit aromas and a clear structure.The grapes are harvested during the cool night - hence the name "Calalenta" ("slowly falling temperature") - and then pressed at a low temperature. Around 80% of the must ferments in stainless steel tanks, while 20% is aged in large wooden barrels to give the wine a fine spiciness and depth. Maturation on the fine lees also ensures a harmonious, soft mouthfeel.In the glass, the Pecorino is a pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose reveals intense aromas of white peach, pear and citrus, complemented by floral notes and a hint of herbs. On the palate, the wine is fresh and balanced, with invigorating acidity and a finely structured, fruity finish.This wine is ideal as an aperitif, but goes equally well with seafood, grilled fish or light pasta dishes. The Edizione Bianco Cinque Autoctoni from Fantini is made from three grape varieties typical of the region. These are the grape varieties Grillo from Sicily, Pecorino from Abruzzo and Fiano from Basilicata. The grapes for this white wine are fermented separately, with Grillo and Fiano fermenting in stainless steel tanks and Pecorino in large wooden barrels.The wine is straw yellow in the glass and the nose offers exotic notes of mango, lime, grapefruit, peach and papaya.
