Vanita Pecorino IGP from Abruzzo: unmistakable, regionally rooted quality. The white wine has a multi-faceted aroma of pears, apples and peaches. There are also foral notes and aromas of balsamic vinegar and a little wood. The bright straw-yellow Vanita Pecorino IGP is well-structured on the palate, with an elegant play of acidity. Full-bodied and remarkably fruity, with beautiful minerality.

80 percent of the wine was matured in stainless steel tanks and 20 percent in oak barrels. This maturation is one reason for the wonderful complexity of this white wine. Discover Vanita Pecorino IGP as an aperitif, with fresh, light salads, white grilled meat or seafood.
