This Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris) shows a bouquet uniting notes of almond blossom and apricot. The white wine from the Palatinate region is pleasantly soft on the palate. It has a moderate acidity, yet is lean and lively. Furthermore, the Studier Grauburgunder has a mineral note and is earthy and expressive without being powerful. This wine is an excellent fresh Grauburgunder with clear fruit flavours and a lovely accompaniment to roasted and grilled meat, spicy vegetable dishes and strong cheeses such as Emmentaler, Appenzeller and Comté.
