„The Octavius Barossa Old Vine Shiraz“ ist ein hochwertiger Rotwein aus dem renommierten Weingut Yalumba in Australien. Der Wein wurde aus der Rebsorte Shiraz gewonnen, die aus alten Rebstöcken im Barossa Valley stammt.

In der Farbe zeigt „The Octavius Barossa Old Vine Shiraz“ ein tiefes, dunkles Purpur mit violetten Reflexen. In der Nase präsentiert der Wein ein komplexes und intensives Aromenspektrum, das von reifen Beeren, insbesondere Brombeeren, Schwarzen Johannisbeeren und Blaubeeren dominiert wird. Darüber hinaus sind auch Noten von Gewürzen wie Pfeffer, Zimt, Nelken und Anis wahrnehmbar, die dem Wein eine zusätzliche Tiefe verleihen.
