The Neethlingshof Jackal's Dance Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc comes from a single vineyard in Stellenbosch, South Africa. The vines were planted in 1997 on deep clay soils (Tukulu and Oakleaf) and benefit from the proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, which provides cool nights and fresh sea breezes. These conditions allow the grapes to ripen slowly and preserve their natural acidity.The grapes are harvested by hand early in the morning to preserve freshness and aromas. After gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The dry white wine then matures on the fine lees, which gives it a lively texture and depth. Strict vegan guidelines are adhered to throughout the entire process.In the glass, the Neethlingshof Jackal's Dance Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is a pale lemon yellow. Neil Ellis Whitehall Chardonnay 2022

The Neil Ellis Whitehall Chardonnay is a wine that reflects both the terroir and the philosophy of Neil Ellis. The grapes for this Chardonnay come from the Elgin region. A region that is known for its coolness on the Cape and has the most favorable conditions in terms of climate and soil. On the other hand, the Whitehall Chardonnay is characterized by great purity, which is made possible by the meticulous work in the vineyard. The grapes were fermented 100% in barrique barrels. New barrels were used for 25% of this and the rest was processed in second and third-fill barrels. Maturation took place for 9 months in French oak barrels.The color of the Neil Ellis Whitehall Chardonnay is straw-like with light greenish reflections. The nose reveals typical Chardonnay aromas of nectarines, lemon and various floral notes. The palate is characterized by a wonderful harmony and structure. Neiss Burgweg Riesling trocken 2019

Burgweg is a single vineyard owned by the Neiss winery in the Northern Palatinate region. Due to the excellent microclimate, the Riesling grape variety is cultivated here. An old quarry protects this vineyard, which is characterised by the elevation’s exposure to wind and soils with high limestone content. This limestone is able to store the warmth of the day for a long time.On the nose, the wine is wonderfully fresh and stimulating, with a mild hint of yeast. On the palate, the Neiss Burgweg Riesling offers aromas of juicy raisins and noticeable grape flavours, complemented by notes of sweet honey and a salty minerality. It is full-bodied and powerful, showing a high intensity. The wonderfully balanced acidity leads to a prolonged finish.
