The Colomé Estate Malbec comes from the high altitudes of the Calchaquí Valley in Salta, Argentina. Four vineyards between 1,700 and 3,111 meters above sea level produce grapes with intense fruit, freshness and unique minerality.In the glass, it has a deep ruby red color and seduces with aromas of blackberries, red fruits and exotic flowers. On the palate, ripe black fruits combine with spicy oak notes and a hint of pepper, supported by fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity.The grapes are harvested by hand, the red wine matures for 15 months in French oak barrels and a further 6 months in the bottle, allowing fruit and spice to harmonize perfectly.Enjoy this Colomé Estate Malbec with grilled beef, lamb or spicy hard cheese at a drinking temperature of 16-18 °C.

Situated between Table Mountain (around 15 kilometers north of the winery) and False Bay (10 kilometers south), the microclimate is ideal for high-quality viticulture. Coto de Imaz Reserva 2020

The Coto de Imaz Rerserva is brick-colored with orange nuances typical of Rioja. Delicate notes of berries and jam dominate the palate, wrapped in smoky spice aromas and vanilla tones. This red wine is finely balanced with noticeable but incredibly soft and mild tannins and an intense, complex structure. The finish is long-lasting and elegant.The grapes come mainly from the clay soils of Rioja Alta, but also from the limestone soils of Rioja Alavesa. After the harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. This is followed by 16 to 18 months of ageing in American barrique barrels.
